A top political nemesis of Vladimir Putin was shot and killed early Saturday in central Moscow, Russian police said, one day before an opposition rally was scheduled to take place.
Boris Nemtsov, a former deputy prime minister, was shot four times from a passing car as he was walking on a bridge just outside the Kremlin. The Kremlin said that Putin will personally oversee the investigation.

Lashonia, Shacoyia and Sayshia Steal Candy and Soda then Crash in Neighborhood
Police said the women stuffed bean dip, Airheads Reese's candy and Dr. Pepper into a purse in plain sight of an employee of the store at 1100 W. Hefner Road.
The employee told the suspects, identified as Lashonia Lynn, 25, Shacoyia Hill, 24, and Sayshia King, 19, that she could see what they were doing and she would call police if the women didn't pay for the items, police said.
One of the women told the employee "We don't care what you do. Ain't nobody worried about going to jail."
One of the women flashed a knife at the cashier in warning, according to the police report.
The employee called police after the women left, and police pursued the suspected vehicle until the suspects crashed their car in a neighborhood.

Man Repeatedly Rapes Biological Daughter with Mother Present
37 year old Andre Campbell is sitting in jail on charges of Aggravated Sexual Battery, Incest and Rape of his 16-year old biological daughter.
The 16-year old reported to an agent at Lakeside Behavioral Health that her biological father has repeatedly sexually abused her since second grade.
According to the police affidavit, 16-year old Campbell was taken to 3 different motels with the latest incident taking place at the Key Motel located at 661 Lester. 16-year old Campbell also stated that on December 15, 2014 she was taken to the Pleasure Inn at 665 Lester where she was ordered by her father Andre Campbell to take a shower; he then entered the shower with his daughter and raped her. Campbell threatened to hurt the victim if she told anyone.
The mother, 36-year old Jennifer Campbell was present during this incident and witnessed the abuse. She made the comment to her daughter “See, now you know how it feels”. Jennifer Campbell continued to give her husband access to their daughter with the knowledge of him sexually assaulting and injuring the 16-year old.

Former TV Star Arrested for Prostitution
Delaware Police have arrested 21-year-old Valarie Fairman following a multi-agency prostitution sting on Thursday.
According to TMZ, Fairman was one of the stars on the second season of MTV's series "16 and Pregnant."

Man Accused of Necrophilia during Funeral Home Burglary
A homeless man in Columbus, Georgia, is due in court Monday on charges he sexually assaulted a woman's remains during an alleged burglary in a funeral home.
Domonique Smith, 26, was arrested Monday after he was found with a bike reported stolen from a local funeral home, the Associated Press reports.
A necrophilia charge was added Thursday after authorities discovered that a woman's body at the Hill Watson Peoples Funeral Service had been disturbed during the alleged burglary.
"The investigation led us to believe he had a sexual act with the woman's body," Columbus Police Dept. Capt. Gordon Griswould told the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.
