An Avocado a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Eating two or more servings of avocado weekly was associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, and substituting avocado for certain fat-containing foods like butter, cheese, or processed meats was associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease events, according to new research published today in the Journal of the American Heart Association, an open access, peer-reviewed journal of the American Heart Association.
Avocados contain dietary fiber, unsaturated fats especially monounsaturated fat (healthy fats) and other favorable components that have been associated with good cardiovascular health. Clinical trials have previously found avocados have a positive impact on cardiovascular risk factors including high cholesterol.
Researchers believe this is the first, large, prospective study to support the positive association between higher avocado consumption and lower cardiovascular events, such as coronary heart disease and stroke.
The analysis found:
- After considering a wide range of cardiovascular risk factors and overall diet, study participants who ate at least two servings of avocado each week had a 16% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and a 21% lower risk of coronary heart disease, compared to those who never or rarely ate avocados.
- Based on statistical modeling, replacing half a serving daily of margarine, butter, egg, yogurt, cheese or processed meats such as bacon with the same amount of avocado was associated with a 16% to 22% lower risk of cardiovascular disease events.
- Substituting half a serving a day of avocado for the equivalent amount of olive oil, nuts and other plant oils showed no additional benefit.
- No significant associations were noted in relation to stroke risk and how much avocado was eaten.

Former Convict Speaks About His Time In Prison With Matt Hale
The old saying is that Matt Hale got 40 years for not saying "NO!" loud enough.
Regardless of how you feel about Matt Hale's beliefs, most people who look at his case objectively see that he is a political prisoner. There are people doing a lot less time for much more serious crimes.
What I find most interesting about the Matt Hale case, is that all of these liberals have this fascination with "miscarriages of justice" based on race, yet they never mention Matt Hale. This goes to show that they aren't serious about "miscarriages of justice," because if they were Matt Hale would be the poster child for "miscarriage of justice" or people given harsh prison sentence because of their race and beliefs.
Imagine if Matt Hale was a black man? I have no doubt that if he were he would have been exonerated years ago. There just isn't sufficient evidence to show that he deserves 40 years in federal prison for what he was accused of.
In fact, there was a black man on death row in Oklahoma who got his death sentence commuted at the last minute just because he was black and a bunch of famous liberal activists protested for him. Nobody really thinks he is innocent. The governor who granted him clemency ever said as such. And I say "because he is black," because at the same time another Oklahoma inmate with a questionable conviction was asking for clemency and was denied (he was white).
And this goes without mentioning that not only was Hale given 40 years, but he has done most of them in the nation's Supermax prison, designed for the worst of the worst.
The narrator of the video does a pretty good job, but goes down a rabbit hole the last 20 or 30 minutes demanding a public apology from Matt and his elderly mother, which is kinda weird. Other than that, worth a watch.

More People Died From Alcoholism Than COVID During 2020
A new study led by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism reveals the staggering impact of early-pandemic isolation on Americans with substance-abuse problems.
Researchers sifted through death certificates to tally deaths in which alcohol was found to be an underlying or contributing cause. They determined that more than 99,000 people suffered alcohol-related deaths in 2020 — a 25.5 percent spike over the previous year. More adults under 65 died from alcohol-related factors (74,408) than from COVID-19 (74,075) in 2020.
Alcohol-related deaths, ranging from alcohol poisoning to liver disease and accidents, have been crawling upward over the past two decades with an average annual increase of 3.6 percent between 1999 and 2019. But the stark jump from 78,927 deaths in 2019 to 99,017 in 2020 confirms studies showing that people drank more to manage pandemic stress. And it reveals the toll of the disrupted treatment programs and fragmented support networks that were a byproduct of pandemic-mitigation measures. “The assumption is that there were lots of people who were in recovery and had reduced access to support that spring and relapsed,” study author Aaron White told the New York Times.
The numbers are consistent with an overall increase in mortality indirectly linked to COVID. In February, the U.S. passed 1 million excess deaths since the pandemic began — a number that includes confirmed COVID fatalities (which are approaching 1 million) as well as an uptick in deaths from causes including heart disease, hypertension, dementia, and substance abuse. Between May 2020 and April 2021, over 100,000 Americans died of drug overdoses.
Remember, everything they did was because they cared about you.
With all of this Science! going around, why haven't we heard how many lives all of these draconian measures have saved? Doesn't that seem like something they would be boasting about if they could? It seems like they would be saying, "Yes, we locked you down and made you wear masks around your family on holidays, but we saved 3 million lives!"

Nothing our leaders did made any sense during the pandemic. How did setting curfews keep people from dying from COVID? Think about it: if you wanted to spread people out, wouldn't you encourage people to go out at 3am if they were able? How about WalMart closing early? They have been open 24/7 forever, but then when we needed to spread everybody out so people could social distance, they decided to close for 8 hours out of the day and make everyone go through one entrance. Makes sense, right?
Did you ever observe people's behaviors while they were wearing masks? Did you notice how much they touched their face? What about kids? Did you ever observe their behaviors while they were forced to wear masks? Do you think them constantly touching their face prevented or caused more spread of germs?
They locked everyone in their houses so they wouldn't get sick, and expected them to do what? Watch TV? Listen to the non-stop news reports of how everyone is dying of COVID? That's all we heard for 2 years straight - how everyone was going to die of COVID. If you got sick, you couldn't go to the doctor. If you needed any kind of therapy, that was cancelled. Any preventative procedures, postponed. All because they cared about your health. Remember?
What did they think people were going to do while they were locked in their homes and fed doom-and-gloom through their electronic devices 24/7?
If you look at the above cited report, which obviously isn't headline news, you see exactly what people did: they drank heavily and abused drugs. But, I'm sure that came as a total shock to the caretakers of society.
Again, how many lives do you think the lockdowns and masks saved? Maybe a better way to phrase that questions is: how many excessive deaths did the lockdowns and masks cause?

The False Flag Seed Has Been Planted
President Joe Biden took questions at a news conference at NATO headquarters in Brussels, addressing warnings of a possible chemical weapons attack by Russia in Ukraine, after meeting with European leaders Thursday and following Ukraine's President Zelenskky pleading with them to do more to help.
Noting Biden has warned there's a "real threat" in Russia using chemical weapons in Ukraine, the first question to him was on whether the U.S. has gathered specific intelligence that suggests that Russian President Vladimir Putin is considering deploying chemical weapons and whether the U.S. or NATO respond with military action if he did use them.
"I'm not going to give you intelligence data, number one," Biden said. "Number two, we would respond. We would respond if he uses it, and the nature of the response would depend on the nature of the use."
ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Cecilia Vega followed up, and asked, "If chemical weapons were used in Ukraine could that trigger a military response from NATO?"
"It would trigger a response in kind," Biden replied. "Whether or not -- you're asking whether NATO would cross -- we'd make that decision at the time."
As he began, Biden announced a range of new sanctions against Russia targeting the majority of the Duma and Russian elites, that the U.S. will welcome up to 100,000 refugees from Ukraine and provide $1 billion in new humanitarian aid, as he faces pressure from Zelenskyy to provide more deliverables to Ukraine.
"Putin is getting exactly the opposite of what he intended to have as a consequence of going into Ukraine," Biden said, adding later on that he was "banking on NATO being split."
Biden also described his call last week with China's President Xi Jinping as "very straightforward" and said that, while "I made no threats," he did make clear Xi would be "putting himself in significant jeopardy" if China helped Russia with its invasion of Ukraine.
If this doesn't hint at a false flag I don't know what does.
Coming out and telling the world that Russia is about to use chemical weapons in Ukraine is obviously setting the stage for justification. Putin knows the game US-NATO is playing here. It's a veiled threat that if he doesn't comply he will be accused of using chemical weapons, which can open the door for military action. We saw the same thing happen in Syria.
Ask yourself the following and then work it out using deductive reasoning: Why would Putin need to use chemical weapons in Ukraine after US-NATO warned them of the consequences if they did? Remember, Russia hasn't had to use them yet. So why now?
Nothing the West/US does makes any sense. They're trying so hard to make an enemy out of Russia. But why?
As an American, it's hard to gather the world's perception of Biden. But it's hard to think that the rest of the world views Biden any differently than Americans do. He kinda symbolizes the cranky old neighbor who threatens kids for walking through his yard. As soon as he turns his back they start giggling.

Furthermore, how is Zelenskyy putting "pressure" on US-NATO? And where did this billion dollars in aid come from? Did they just print the money out of thin air?
It's just so weird that US-NATO goes around playing the world's mommy and telling other people what they can and can't do. If China decided to help Russia, what is US-NATO going to do exactly? Quit trading with China? What if the Chinese decided to sanction the US?
America is a dying empire. You don't have to be in-the-know to see that, all you need to do is look at their leadership. Biden is the personification of the American empire.

President Biden's Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to define the word "woman" on the second day of her confirmation hearings before the U.S. Senate's Judiciary Committee.
Blackburn then turned to quote the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who wrote the majority opinion in U.S. v. Virginia (1996), in which the Court struck down Virginia Military Institute's male-only admissions policy.
"Supposed inherent differences are no longer accepted as a ground for race or national origin classifications," Blackburn said, quoting Ginsburg. "Physical differences, between men and women, however, are enduring. The two sexes are not fungible. A community made up exclusively of one sex is different from a community composed of both."
"Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?" the senator asked.
"Do you interpret Justice Ginsburg's meaning of men and women as male and female?" Blackburn pressed. Jackson did not comment on the matter.
"Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?’" the senator asked.
"Can I provide a definition? No," Jackson responded. "I can't."
"You can't?" Blackburn asked.
"Not in this context, I'm not a biologist," the judge replied.
"Do you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can't give me a definition?" Blackburn pressed.
You elect a black woman to the supreme court solely because she is a black woman and somehow she doesn't know what a woman is.
These are the symptoms of a dying empire.
When a certain tribe of people use ideology to reconstruct reality this is what you get.

According to the NLP Center, Neuro-Lingusitic Programming is a “set of models that allow someone to create cognitive behavioral change and build more resourceful states to achieve their goals.” This is done largely through understanding non-verbal communication.
There are a ton of life coaches who use the technique. It has been touted as a cure for everything from phobias to depression to allergies, and a diverse array of celebrities from Oprah Winfrey to Russell Brand reportedly use its techniques. But neuro-linguistic programming is probably a crock. A product of the 1970s “human potential movement,” there is little scientific basis for any of the claims of NLP. It is based on outdated and disproven theories of how the brain works, and critics say it would be more accurate to describe NLP as a cult than anything approaching a science.
Every critique is exactly like that. The liar says, "well, this study was limited and aksually this other study said something a little bit different, so it's PROBABLY bullshit!"

Why Bitcoin Matters

Satoshi Nakamoto’s invention was made to be apolitical.
It was made for users to avoid being held monetary hostage to rulers who didn’t approve of their transactions or their political defiance. Its existence means that despicable dictators can’t take funds from you or stop you from transacting over its apolitical payment rails.
Flashy words like “uncensorable” and “without a trusted third party” might not mean much to rule-abiding Westerners who have never had their accounts seized, their payments blocked, or their assets sanctioned. For some of the millions of people living under questionable regimes worldwide, the lifeline that Bitcoin provided has been the difference between life and death, survival and starvation. The ability to get out, and to avoid the controls that rulers place on you, was always Bitcoin’s greatest promise.
Simply put: Bitcoin fights “monetary colonialism.” It is freedom money.
BTC doesn’t care about your opinions, or who you think should be financially cut off from the rest of the world. Instead, it works: confirming block after valid block that contains transactions that you may or may not approve of.
If Bitcoin works only with the regime’s permission, it isn’t working. And if you think that’s a good idea – in this conflict or any other – per Aleks Svetski – you should probably sell your bitcoin.
All monies are for enemies, and the more despicable the enemy, the greater the proof of bitcoin’s viability. Whatever the crimes of this masculine, horse-riding strongman, it’s the talking heads with outsized control over the USD monetary system that just showed how terrible and contingent their money is. When push comes to shove and you irk them once too many times, they’ll just limit your usage. They may swiftly and brutally decide that the money you thought was yours no longer is.
“All of the things that make crypto appealing to those under siege apply to those doing the sieging as well,” as Rebecca Heilweil and Emily Stewart report for Vox. Bitcoin doesn’t take sides:
“Whether it’s good or bad in wartime, crypto is doing what its proponents say it does — giving people a way to work outside of traditional financial institutions — and there’s no sign that will change anytime soon.”
Bitcoin doesn’t take sides. Bitcoin doesn’t care about your opinion, or the opinion that others have of you. Bitcoin cares about its consensus rules, whether the proposed block is valid and the transactions therein made by entities wielding their private keys.
If you truly desire uncensorable freedom money, some despicable types are going to use it. And that’s a good thing.

Personally, I prefer Monero (btw, if you enjoy reading the site, please support by donating to the XMR address on the sidebar of the page. Thanks!) as it's true "crypto." Any of the privacy coins will do, but Monero is the most established. However, the concept behind bitcoin is truly revolutionary. Systems shouldn't be able to confiscate your money just because they don't like you.
The article mentions "rule-abiding Westerners" who haven't had to deal with their finances being hijacked. But the truth is, many thought-criminals in the West have been dealing with the financial tyrants for years. Many people on the far-right have been surviving on crypto for quite some time, due to the collective neoliberal system (paypal, credit card processors, banks, etc, etc) refusing to provide service to thought criminals people they don't like.
The thing that everyone needs to understand about the neoliberal system is that it's a snake that eats its own tail. At some point everyone is going to be subjected to censorship, financial institutions refusal of service, and/or both.
The way people fight back against financial tyranny is via cryptocurrency. This is something that actually unites people. If you're a person who thinks, "oh, I don't like this person, so they shouldn't have access to money," then fine. But no whining when the system decides it doesn't like you. OK?
The person who wrote the article is exactly right in his assessment. Bitcoin doesn't take sides. But the financial system does! And if you notice it's always on the same side. Which makes it a bully. Nobody likes a bully. If you support "sanctions" and people having their money stolen confiscated, then you support bullies.
The system has simply become so power-hungry that it is eating everything in its path. It is literally out of control. It won't stop until it devours itself whole. Put your money in crypto while you still can.

Study Shows Children Associate Brilliance With White Men
The stereotype that associates being “brilliant” with White men more than White women is shared by children regardless of their own race, finds a team of psychology researchers. By contrast, its study shows, children do not apply this stereotype to Black men and women.
“Among adults, gender stereotypes apply differently to men and women depending on their race,” explains Andrei Cimpian, an associate professor in New York University’s Department of Psychology and the senior author of the study, which appears in the Journal of Social Issues. “That’s why it is important to consider how gender and race intersect when examining children’s gender stereotypes about intellectual ability.
“Our research indicates that the stereotype associating brilliance with White men more than White women is likely widespread — but also that children acquire no such stereotype about Black men and women. In fact, they may see Black women as more likely to be brilliant than they do Black men.”
Previously, Cimpian and his colleagues found that, by the age of 6, girls become less likely than boys to associate brilliance with their own gender and are more likely to avoid activities said to require brilliance.
These results showed that, overall, children associate White men, more so than White women, with brilliance. The researchers also compared White children’s responses with those of children of color (primarily Latinx, Black, and Asian) and found that they were largely in agreement on this topic.
However, children’s views about the intellectual abilities of Black men and Black women were quite different. In fact, the researchers found, children generally see Black men as less brilliant than they do Black women.
How are shitlibs going to spin this as "systemic racism," or whatever anti-white term they're using to describe reality these days?
It's odd that studies like this are even conducted. Like, what exactly is the point of asking 6-year-old black kids to pick what race they associate genius with?
The "libs are the real racists" is a gotcha phrase, but it's also true. Right-leaning people would never say, "let's show a bunch of 6-year-old black children pictures of white men and black men and then ask them who they think is smarter." I mean, children haven't been indoctrinated by the social-engineers of liberal democracy yet, so they're just going to call it like they see it (unlike their adult counterparts, who lie -signal- on the premise of conformity).
Imagine showing pictures of a house cat and a mountain lion and asking children which one looks more dangerous, then spinning it in a way that society has some kind of fundamental flaw because children are able to observe exactly what they've evolved to observe.
The concept of brilliance as a racial component is nuanced when presented to children as a "lets show the world what racism looks like." But imagine if your survival depended on you choosing the brilliant picture. Would you choose the white man?

Science! When Horses Were Whales
Few human adults gallop; the equine gait tends to be the preserve of little kids mimicking horses or exercise classes. But for camels, lions, and giraffes, galloping is a key fixture of their repertoire as they shift up through the gears.
However, Eric McElroy, from the College of Charleston, USA, explains that galloping is just one form of movement from a selection of maneuvers known as ‘asymmetric gaits’ – where the timing of foot falls is unevenly spread; including bounds performed by rabbits, crutching – when amphibious fish drag themselves by their fins across land – and punting, when fish push themselves along the sea- or riverbed with their pelvic fins.
Scientists had suggested that the ability to bound and gallop only emerged after mammals first appeared on the planet 210 million years ago. However, it turns out that crocodiles can also gallop at their highest speeds and turtles bound; which made McElroy and Michael Granatosky, from the New York Institute of Technology, USA, wonder whether animals may have evolved the ability to coordinate their limbs independently much earlier than previously thought. They publish their discovery that animals probably evolved the ability to crutch, bound, and possibly even gallop, 472 million years ago, long before life emerged onto land, in Journal of Experimental Biology.
“It took months to work out all the kinks in the analysis,” says McElroy, discovering that it is most likely that the earliest ancestors of almost all modern animals, including fish, 472 million years ago were capable of moving with some kind of proto-asymmetric gait. Whether they were punting, crunching, or bounding along the seabed isn’t known, but the animals were capable of asymmetrically coordinating their limbs to propel themselves. And the duo was surprised to discover that even though our earliest antecedent might have been capable of this alternate form of propulsion, some creatures – such as lizards, salamanders, frogs, and even elephants – have lost the ability to bound and gallop, even though they have ancestors in their family tree that were capable of coordinating asymmetric movements.
So, the ability to bound and gallop isn’t just the preserve of mammals. Almost all animals that are alive today have ancestors that were capable of moving asymmetrically, even though some lost the ability to move asymmetrically somewhere along the line; either because they lost the nerves necessary for coordinating these maneuvers or because they became too large or too slow to become airborne. I started this blog back in 2014. The title (My Cousin the Carp) was conceived as a parody of evolution.
Basically, the idea of evolution is that we're all related to fish, particularly bottom-feeders like the carp. But the theory of kind-to-kind evolution is bullshit. To come out and say: "Horses learned how to gallop 472 million years while they were sharks.," is as dumb as it sounds.
Anyone can come up with preposterous "theories" then present them as Science! How is anyone going to prove otherwise? Are you going to time-travel back 472 million years? Are you going to use DNA testing, or some other scientific model? Are you going to ask God? How exactly are you going to prove that horses didn't learn how to gallop 472 million years ago with they were fish, even though you know it's bullshit?
You're not. They know that just as well as you do.
But, you can play along. And make up your own theories. I mean, why not? That's what they do. It'll be fun. Come up with some crazy theory (maybe it's something you even think might be plausible) and then every time you read some crazy theory that you know isn't true, don't refute it, just reply, "that's amazing, but did you know......"

Lynching Is Now Officially A Hate Crime
Congress gave final approval Monday to legislation that for the first time would make lynching a federal hate crime in the U.S., sending the bill to President Joe Biden to sign into law.
Years in the making, the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act is among some 200 bills that have been introduced over the past century that have tried to ban lynching in America.
It is named for the Black teenager whose brutal killing in Mississippi in 1955 — and his mother's insistence on a open funeral casket to show the world what had been done to her child — became a pivotal moment in the Civil Rights era.
"After more than 200 failed attempts to outlaw lynching, Congress is finally succeeding in taking a long overdue action by passing the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act," said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.
The bill would make it possible to prosecute a crime as a lynching when a conspiracy to commit a hate crime results in death or serious bodily injury, according to the bill's champion, Rep. Bobby Rush, D-Ill. The maximum sentence under the Anti-Lynching Act is 30 years.
"Lynching is a longstanding and uniquely American weapon of racial terror that has for decades been used to maintain the white hierarchy," said Rush.
This is what politicians use your tax dollars for. They repeatedly (200 failed attempts) try to pass a law that is already a law.
Maybe the reason it failed 200 other times is because a few politicians were smart enough to see that lynching was already against the law. Furthermore, any kind of racial-based lynching would already be a "hate crime," that into today's climate would obviously send the perpetrator(s) to federal death row.
If you're a reader of the blog, then you've probably already read my piece on "hate crimes" in which I addressed the stupidity of "hate crimes" on the premise that nobody commits violent crimes out of love. Plus, adding an emotional adjective to a crime is just silly on merit. How is violence motivated by robbery any different than violence motivate by dislike? Violent criminal acts should be punished equally in the eyes of the law. Anything else is a miscarriage of justice.
Isn't it odd how the bill didn't pass 200 other times, and now it suddenly passes unanimously? Any guesses why that might be? I'm going to go out on a limb and say that nobody wanted to be called the "r word" for voting against it. But, that's just a wild guess.
At this point our system is pretty much just a joke. I mean, it's not a joke if you're white and they come after you (which is exactly what laws like this are designed to do). If that happens, it's no laughing matter.
Who can recall off the top of their head the last lynching that occurred in America? I couldn't recall, so I looked it up, and it was in Mobile, AL in 1981. That's 40 years ago. How is this even relevant today?
I think when people talk about downsizing government, this is what they have in mind. There is just no reason that taxpayer money be used on this kinda stuff. It seems a lot like "busy work," like when there isn't enough to do and the boss doesn't want you standing around.
Diversity Is Our Strength!
A man charged with killing 18 older women in the Dallas area over a two-year span said in a newspaper interview that he is innocent and will be acquitted in the case.
Billy Chemirmir remains in the Dallas County Jail as he awaits an April 25 retrial after the first jury to hear a murder case against him deadlocked. In November, his murder trial in the death of 81-year-old Lu Thi Harris ended in a mistrial.
During a phone interview from jail last week, Chemirmir denied all the charges against him and told The Dallas Morning News that he is “100% sure I will not go to prison.”
“I am not a killer,” Chemirmir told the newspaper. “I’m not at all what they’re saying I am. I am a very innocent person. I was not brought (up) that way. I was brought (up) in a good family. I didn’t have any problems all my life.”
Chemirmir was arrested in March 2018 after 91-year-old Mary Annis Bartel said a man forced his way into her apartment at an independent living community for seniors in the Dallas suburb of Plano.
When police tracked Chemirmir to his nearby apartment following the attack on Bartel, he was holding jewelry and cash. Documents in a large red jewelry box police say he had just thrown away led them to a Dallas home where Harris was found dead in her bedroom, lipstick smeared on her pillow.
Police allege that Chemirmir used his work as a caregiver to stalk luxury senior living communities in Dallas and Collin counties, posing as a worker to get into the apartments of elderly women before smothering them with a pillow and stealing their valuables.
Chemirmir told the newspaper he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He said that other family members, who have declined to the speak to the newspaper, operate other senior living homes in the Dallas area where no suspicious deaths have been reported.
Chemirmir told the newspaper he was born and raised in Kenya’s Rift Valley and that he’s the son of a wealthy farmer. Chemirmir said he began working as a caregiver in Kenya and he moved in 2003 to the U.S., where he sold cars and began working as a senior caregiver in Dallas.

You've probably never heard of Billy Chemirmir. But, if Chemirmir were white and accused of killing 20 elderly black women, would you have heard of him?
How many Americans have lost their lives to diversity? Furthermore, how many Americans have to lose their lives to diversity before we can have an honest conversation about the American mortality rates when associated with diversity exposure?
Any occurrence that doesn't support the DIOS narrative is swept under the rug. Doesn't that seem weird? It's like the establishment reports on different things in different ways. How does even make sense?
There have only been a handful of serial killers in the United States. You probably have heard of everyone of them. In fact, many of you can probably name more American serial killers than you can local politicians. Not to mention, most of those notorious serial killers murdered less than 20 people.
One would think that when an immigrant becomes a serial killer who murders elderly women that it would be headline news. One would also think when race plays a role in the murders it would not only be headline news, but there would be protests and such.
Considering that the media has kept this hush-hush shows their explicit dishonesty. Media outlets simply can't be considered sources for honest information, instead they are just propaganda platforms with an anti-white agenda.

When you pray, don't babble on and on as people of other religions do. They think their prayers are answered only by repeating their words again and again. Don't be like them, because your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him! Pray like this:

The West Uses Conflict In Ukraine To Steal Russian SuperYachts
French authorities seized a massive yacht they say is linked to Igor Sechin, a Russian billionaire who is CEO of state oil company Rosneft. He previously served as Russia’s deputy prime minster within Putin’s government. Forbes reported that Sechin is known in Russian business circles as “Darth Vader.”
Sechin was previously targeted with sanctions by the EU after the invasion of Ukraine.
Forbes reported that the over 500-foot superyacht of Russian billionaire and business tycoon Alisher Usmanov was seized in Germany. Usmanov has also been sanctioned by the EU.
The yacht, named Dilbar, has a swimming pool on the main deck and can accommodate 36 guests, according to the website Superyacht Fan. The site estimates the cost of the yacht to be between $800 million and $1 billion.
I don't particularly care for oligarchs (Russian or otherwise). It's hard to feel sorry for elites who come upon financial hardship. It takes a certain kind of person to ascend to the status of "oligarch," and they're usually sociopaths.
With that being said, how can people just steal their shit? France and Germany and the U.S. just decide they don't like you, or they're pissed at your country, and they just go take your stuff. How is that any different than the oppressive power they claim to "sanction"?
Imagine if a country decided they didn't approve of how the U.S. deals with people, so they just went and started stealing American's stuff, or freezing their assets?
What would Germany/France/USA do if Russia and China just started stealing American oligarch's property, or freezing BLM/LGBTQ assets?
The West is a power-hungry entity that operates as a tyrant.
Regardless of how you feel about the Russia/Ukraine conflict, it has nothing to do with the West. Using that as an excuse to steal people's shit is stupid.

Black Immigrants Are Complaining They Don't Get To Leave Ukraine Before Women and Children
As hundreds of thousands fled Ukraine, some immigrants and students of color fleeing Russian attacks reported being stuck in limbo at the borders.
Adeyemo Abimbole, a Nigerian student studying in Ukraine, told ABC News on Sunday that he and a group of African students had been waiting for a train to cross into Poland for nearly three days, but were told to wait.
"The Ukrainians are given priority, which is to children and women," Abimbole said.
"Our lives also matter," he added. It is unclear if Abimbole and his friends made it to Poland.
Women, children and the elderly have been given priority at border crossings, while many Ukrainian men of fighting age have stayed behind after Ukraine began drafting reservists aged 18 to 60 to fight against Russian attacks.
ABC News witnessed train cars heading to Poland that were designated for non-Ukrainian men, but some nonwhite refugees who were held back at various border crossings said they believe that they were discriminated against based on their race.
"They are prioritizing Ukrainian people leaving Ukraine," she added. "Us students, who've come from different countries to get an education for a better life for our families and friends, we're the least of their worries."
Imagine how anti-white you would have to be to run this story. Like, the media really hates white people.
