A new controversial billboard in Harrison has attracted national media attention and callers identifying themselves as part of the hacker group Anonymous have now made threats against the city and residents for allowing the billboard to go up in the first place.

A Harrison Police report shows a call came into the HPD about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. A dispatcher said an automated voice warned that if Harrison Police don’t fix the racism problem within a week, then the Anonymous group would come to Harrison and take care of it.
